BTS 2026 World Tour Travel Planning

Because your focus should be on crashing out, not where to crash.

Y’all, we made it.

2026 is here. The tour has been announced. Your loins are girded for the bloodsport that is ticketing. So tell me - do you really want to be worrying about whether your hotel has an actual bathroom door, how to navigate unfamiliar public transportation, or where to get an actual meal near the concert venue that does not also require waiting in line?

This is where I come in.

I fell down the BTS rabbit hole in time for the D-Day tour, but I’ve been planning travel (and traveling for concerts) for much, much longer. I’m the one in the friend group with the spreadsheet of dining/hotel/sightseeing options. I’m the one who has meticulously planned out the public transportation options to and from the venue. I’m the one who’s made the custom google map with all the fannishly-affiliated spots identified to make sure we hit them all.

I’ve done this sort of planning for my friends for years, and now I want to do it for Army, too.

I have created elaborate spreadsheets/custom maps for the usual suspects of likely tour stops (to be updated at, like, 00:01 KST 14 January with the actual stops). I am compiling lists of local kpop stores and fan events planned around the concerts. I have lists upon lists of hotel options. Let me harness this nerdery on your behalf.

Let me wrangle your travel logistics.

A brief note on my travel ethos: I am eager to work with any and all accessibility needs/preferences, be they mobility, sensory, dietary, etc etc etc. Whenever possible, I like to book with openly queer-friendly service providers and will provide notice if I am unable to do so. I am happy to book people in hotels where BTS has publicly stayed before or arrange visits to other places they’ve publicly visited, but I do not have/want any information on their non-public movements during this tour. I will not be seeking any out, nor provide assistance in obtaining such. I cannot help you with ticketing, alas. I can provide guidance on flights as part of a larger trip planning service, but I cannot book them directly. I am US-based and will provide any updates I can on issues with international travel to the United States.

What I Can Do For You

Hotel

One room, twelve rooms, next to the venue, far away from the crowds - I can find it all. Let me know your preferences/requirements, and I can book it for you.

Fannish Points of Interest

Custom maps for each tour stop, with locations affiliated with BTS, Army, or good food highlighted. Also includes public transportation information as applicable.

Custom Itineraries

Staying for multiple days or tacking on sightseeing to your concert adventure? Want individual reservations for restaurants/private transportation/tours? Have a particular interest for which you want custom guidance (i.e. local yarn stores, romance bookstores, or boardgame cafés, to name a few)? I can do all this and more.
